Pretty Little Liars - “Stolen Kisses” (3x8)

I really liked this episode.  Mainly because of Emily and Paige, but also because I like Ezra’s bitchy mom, Byron remembered to be a father to Aria, and Hanna and Spencer had some great lines as always.

• That’s quite the dress, Aria.  What are those, horseshoes and clocks? 
• Emily, you could pretty your way out of a trash bag, but lose the fedora.
• Ezra Fitzgerald, HAHA.  (Ezra Hem was funny, too.)
• Yay, Spencer, bring back Caleb!!
• Yes, Emily, hang out with Paige, not Nate.
• Oh Wren, why are you so annoying?  Hanna, focus!  Who are Mona’s other visitors??  Of course Caleb walks in while Hanna’s with Wren and gets the wrong idea. 
• Haha, nice “abstract computer question,” Spencer.
• Caleb, I love you, please PLEASE don’t turn out to be one of the A’s.
• OMG what did Paige and Emily do that night??
• Of course Spencer knows what lividity is - suddenly I’m picturing Spencer as an SVU detective, mentored by Olivia Benson.  That would be the greatest show ever.
• Aria, idiot, don’t go to that dude’s address alone!  These girls are practically begging to get killed sometimes.
• I’m loving Paige this season.  She’s grown up so much if she’s feeling that awful about letting Emily kiss her that night.
• Uber rich Ezra! 
• Ugh, go away, Nate!!  Don’t go creeping around stalking Emily at night.  I don’t like how random he is, I don’t like him constantly semi-hitting on Emily, I don’t like how almost creepy he is as Maya’s “cousin” who acts more like her ex, and I don’t like how bad of an actor he is.
• I love Ezra’s mom.  Classic, conniving bitch, who doesn’t beat around the bush that she wants Aria gone.
• Nice speech with words way too big for you, Hanna.  You remind me of Joey ‘Baby Kangaroo’ Tribbiani.  Also, nice “grown up” clothes.  Hahaha.
• Oh man, Emily and Paige.  Beautiful, perfect scene.  Emily’s little speech.  The music playing in the background.  Paige’s sigh and smile and looking down at the floor when Emily told her that she was looking for her.  Emily telling Paige not to look away.  All amazing.  But the best moment was Paige’s face right before Emily kissed her.  She looked so completely and utterly hopeful and happy and just pure.  It was really amazing to see the realization come over her just before she got everything she’d wanted for so long.  Lindsey Shaw was brilliant.  (And seriously, if Paige is on the A team, I will be murderous.  Mona was bad enough, but Paige too??  I keep reading these theories about Paige that make way too much sense.  No me gusta.)
• That was a nice moment between Aria and her dad.  I’m glad he remembered that despite Aria’s horrible life choices, he’s still her dad and he loves her and she needs him now.
• Shit, Hanna, don’t go around kissing Wren!! 
• I love how Hanna, Aria, and Spencer take no pleasure in looking through Maya’s website or possibly intruding on Emily’s private life. 
• Hmmm, all the cash at the bank just after establishing how wealthy Ezra’s family is, is interesting… a red herring, or a connection?…
